This is a M24 Rifle. It's known for being a reliable and precise weapon, created in 1988 by Remington Arms. It was used in several wars around the world, even in recent conflicts and is still in service by lots of countries.

The manual bolt action of an M24 is a critical feature that sets it apart from other firearms. When you operate the bolt on an M24, you manually move it to the rear to extract and eject the spent cartridge case, then push it forward to chamber a new round from the magazine.

However, this manual bolt action provides precise control over the firing cycle, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every shot. It also allows the shooter to maintain a low profile while cycling the action, making it an ideal choice for precision shooting and sniper applications.

In this project, I used Substance Painter to meticulously create and enhance textures, giving my digital creations a vibrant and lifelike appearance, including realistic scratches around the mostly damaged areas in this type of gun.

I modeled these lenses proportionally to real life ones, so it makes them to work more realistically. It would work the same way in real life, if made with the same angles.
